You usually can only acces the dorm form Monday- Friday from 6.00 am till 8 p.m. As it is part of the technical faculty. If you want to acces on the weekend or during any other time, you need to register your Unicard which can than open the bollard.

Regiistration of the Unicard

They need: your full name, UB-Konot-Number, Information that you life in Campus I- IV a/b (like your contract)- this can take a couple of days.
